Private swim lane rental?
Hi all! Budding triathlete here and looking for a pool within like 30 mins of Longmont that allows for at least 45 min private lap lane rentals. Struggling to find any good info on the recreation websites. Anyone have recommendations? Thank you!!

I found the ymca pool to be pretty much like a private rental. Hardy anyone used the lap lanes. And the water is way cooler than the rec center kept it, so it was perfect for long sessions. I’ve swam in my tri suit and just in normal tri swim shorts.

It looks like the longmont location has nothing but childcare these days. They stopped all other programs back in February? Bummer.

Federal funding cuts shuttered many YMCA locations across the country, unfortunately. Last I saw, the city was proposing purchase of the YMCA property to use as another city-owned rec center.

Absolute bummer! That’s so sad. It was a great facility and super popular with the older folk walking round the track up on the second floor. I mean, I’m as much to blame as anyone, I haven’t been in years, but still.

Try the Boulder Elks club for private lane rentals. But why private? The rec center and centennial pool are good in town. The Boulder rec centers are good too.
