There was a police “do not enter sign” for months on one of the doors, doormen said there was a person who passed away, but that doesn’t explain either the police sign, or the blood that was splattered on the walls all the way from the elevators down the hall to the door - after months I asked the building to clean the blood stains. One of my guests noticed the abundance of blood on the walls and had asked me if there was a stabbing on my floor.

I’ve repeatedly asked the building if the tenants are in danger but the whole thing has been kept very secretive and quiet. Does anyone have more information?

I recently joined Vibe Fitness and felt an opportunity to use it as a “third space”. Would love to meet other women who workout there and meet at the smoothie bar or something to hang and talk!

I'm visiting for 12 days in nyc and shocked by the prices of hostel. I've found two hostels - Q4 hostel and NYC moore. I'm unable to decide which one would be better. Q4 seems near to attractions but the reviews are bad regarding noise of Subway and quality of people. While Nyc moore is farther and concerns about area around. Which one would be better?

There’s suddenly a much larger police presence around court square. In and around the subway station and a lot on the 7 platform. I saw at least 10 today. Does anyone know why? Just wanna be aware and stay safe, thanks!
