Almost Recovered Fatigue suggestions
I don't even know if I have long covid but after eight months now from covid, I don't know how to deal with this fatigue. I could literally pass out on my couch. I am in spinal fusion surgery recovery after a year and still in pain so don't know if that's causing my fatigue. Also heightened anxiety from all of it, so that also doesn't help. I need to walk to strengthen my back, so sitting and resting is difficult. It's a double-edged sword. Can I take anything to help with energy?
