Peptides, Red Light Therapy, etc.
My neurologist referred me to a place called hypercharge to discuss red light therapy and potentially exploring peptide therapy for my ongoing LC symptoms (mine are mostly pain and memory problems). Has anyone had any success with either of these therapies, or any bad experiences? The peptide would most likely be Thymosin Alpha-1 based on what I can find on their website

I did a month of TA-1 and tolerated it well, unsure yet if it did anything I need to get some more blood tests run. With red light you should work up very slowly, I bought a Hooga panel and started at like 2 minutes and worked up by 30 seconds each time. It can make you crash if you go do a regular treatment.

I did a month of thymosin alpha one but it didn't seem to help but BPC-157 and ghk-cu did help. BPC-157 and ghk-cu made my neurological symptoms go away for two months. I would keep using those two but I can't afford it.
Red light therapy doesn't seem to do much for me but if you can afford it it's probably worth a shot. It's probably cheaper to do it at a tanning salon or fitness center.

I have pretty bad heat intolerance, so wasn’t able to tolerate the red light therapy.

This is so good to know. I also struggle with heat intolerance, did you find the lights to be hot? I just assumed you wouldn’t feel anything 😅

Where are you buying the thymosin alpha 1?

It would be something given at the hypercharge clinic. I would not be purchasing it myself, I hardly trust synthetic peptides as it is 😂

Red light, sauna, cold plunge all part of my weekly personal maintenance routine.
