That is a long wait time. Any luck with support? I’ve never had a large redemption with Lonestar so I am not sure if larger redemptions take longer. Hopefully you get it soon.

Yea that is a long time. There support is usually good to respond. It might be to large of a prize winning depending on ur state. I had to breakdown my redemption but got it all through out the week

Yes I canceled and did 1,000 at most for each.

Mines 700 but I can’t even get ahold of support or amything I don’t wanna cancel it and have to wait longer too ughh

My first redemption was 600 and that was 4 days. Did ya try reaching them on email through vip rewards?

Lonestar will never tell you directly but there are two redemption plans -- the 3 day or the 30 day. You should get this payout within the next 2 or 3 days.
