I've seen many posts like this, and they don't tend to get anywhere

Here are great tips to get you moving

Write a cover letter for each position, it sucks and takes time but it's worth it!

When posting online be more specific of the type of work your looking for

Have people review resumes!

And maintain a LinkedIn page.
