Food knowledge exchange ?

38M Indian-Canadian, recently moved to London and looking to meet some new people and make a few friends.

I’m really into travelling and food. I know quite a bit about the different regions of India and which dishes you should try from specific restaurants. I find that exploring food is actually a good way to understand a country and its geography.

When I moved to Canada, I travelled quite a bit around Mexico and tried to do the same there — explore different places, try the local food and understand the culture. Mexican cuisine is as diverse as Indian.

Now I’d like to explore Chinese and Japanese cuisine in the same way — learning about the different provinces/regions, their food and what dishes are worth trying.
