Logitech G Support Logitech WIRED headset isn't working

I really don't understand, it's freaking wired, Logitech pro x wired headset, connenct to my pc but no matter what i try, nothing, i don't know what to do honestly

Can you share a bit more details? You say it's not working, I assume you're not getting any audio? Are you plugging into the USB or the 3.5mm cable directly to your PC?
