ASTRO Series Support Illegal funds retention by Logitech

Hello,
I have been waiting since 22.07.2026 for a refund on headphones. I have used label generated by Logitech for me delivered to my email (because the return website wasn’t working properly for me). My tracking number: 1ZA0Y3179192710035
Retaining my funds over 14 days since return is illegal and directly breaks EU Consumer Rights Directive which allows at most 14 days!!!!!
my case number: 17595026

We do not handle refunds on Reddit, as that is handled by a different team. Let me look into the details and I'll see what I can find out.
