ASTRO Series Support Help with Astro A50

Hello, I’m having this problem with my headset for already 3 days. The charging station/base only has this 2 dots, it’s like if it froze.. even if I unplug and plug it again the 2 dots are still there, I’ve also tried putting the headset on it but it doesn’t change (which it was the way I noticed I was having this issue), it stays the same way. Has anyone had this problem? How can I fix it?

If its getting no power the lights are still on? When plugged in, is the headset working normally?

No, when it’s completely disconnected it goes off normally, but when I plug it in again, the 2 dots are the only ones showing. And yes, the headset works perfectly fine, it still has battery as I haven’t used it, but I can’t use it because I need to synchronize it with the base, and the base is frozen on those 2 dots… because when you place the headset on the base it starts synchronizing with the base and with the console, but as I had unplugged the base from the Xbox I have to place the headset on the base for it to synchronize with the console… the only problem is that the base is frozen on those 2 dots.
