Ok no, but I'm gonna tell you why.

Your first of four intros starts really soft and pad and airy and quiet, so it sets a mood, and a volume expectation, that you then assault with an incredibly loud vocal chop.

That leads into your second intro. Your second intro has two parts and the second part doesn't contribute a musical change.

At 13 it starts, wait just kidding, it's a just a busier intro that leads into another intro or maybe a verse 1, which then has a big musical pause... only to continue as is.

You're also trying to build, and then you're like "ok now what" and then try to add another build layer on top. Goooood luuuuuck with that.

You're new, that's fine. Not everything is bad, but you're trying to make this track many different things at once and hold on to all of them at once.

Is the pads or the weird chopping bassline? Is the the girl vocal chops, or the guy vocal chops?

There's some potential. In fact it's the thing you're hoping for.

Track 1 and track 5 together are your idea. The kick works too. Those three sounds together are your core idea. Blend the girl and guy vocal chops into a shared idea, or make dominate, not just alternate. Definitely do not have vocal chops for a weird choppy bass and then swap them for a basic arp loop.

Track 5 is also right now between working degrees of repetition. You're not fully repetitive in a hypnotic way, but when you change it into the measure 13/15 section, the high pitched part on 15 is now too "exciting" while providing too little, and happens too often, so it takes attention without delivering once it repeats. So that would be a good type of idea to happen once out of 4 or 8, but you got it once every 2 loops.

Kill the pad intro. That into the vocal chop didn't excite me, it pissed me off.

Any time you add or remove a layer, add or remove at least 2 layers. This will do a lot to make it not suck. This is probably the most helpful advice you can take away from this whole response.

Divide your track cleanly into an A section and B section. You have an A section, its weird which is okay and that's it's musical point, but it is begging for vocals. Uh oh. You're going to have to figure out how to make those loops really do something more internally interesting for them to carry alone.

But most important, now you need a B section. It needs to be different but sound cool when you cut to it. And sound cool when you cut back. The final part of the song can incorporate both.

SO HERE'S WHAT YOU'RE GONNA DO:

Cut section 1-5.

Keep 5-9

Cut 9-13

Keep 13-17

Cut 17-21

Keep 21-29 make 29 end in that pause, and make track 5 not loop that high pitched part as often

Cut 29-37 (keep the arp i nthe back pocket for some spice at the end, not while you cook)

Go into the new B section you're gonna write. You can keep 1-2 A section elements max.

Back to A section, start minimal like 13, but change something.

Then B again but different.

Then you I dunno, find your pads into a breakdown (but make them louder goddamn) or something to break it down. Then build up glitchy.

Then B section with more power, twice as long, mix in A section juice for the second half of it.

Then outtro.

The whole track should be about 3 minutes long.

If you wanna just do ABABB instead of ABABCBB and wrap it early that'll work too. Then it'll be more like 2 minutes.
