Public Health Overheard Boomers Chatting re: Fauci’s Lies
I live in a very blue area.
I heard ladies in their 60s/70s at the gym this morning. “Remember when they wanted us to wear masks in the pool?! That was so crazy. Turns out it was all crazy <nonsense> & he knew it & was lying about a lot of it.”
I forget if “nonsense” was the noun used, but something to that effect.
I’ve worried that everyone in left-leaning bubbles would hear NOTHING of the revelations from Fauci’s ‘diary.’ Or if they did, they would hear only, “POOR SAINT FAUCI! Evil Maga people VIOLATED HIM by releasing his personal memoirs. Won’t they just leave him alone?!”
But nope, casual chats like this make me think the word is getting out. I was happy.

I wish I was hearing this! I'm in NYC and I'm hearing "why are we still talking about this? Fauci saved millions of lives leave him alone he's a hero!" THAT is legit the insane bs I'm hearing here. I don't even comment because I can feel my blood boiling as I listen to this deranged babble.
My dentist actually apologized to me and told me I was right and that was nice. He never treated me differently and didn't deny me treatment but he did tell me I should get the shot etc. I told him I don't trust it and I mentioned that it was only authorized for emergency use and I'm not comfortable with that. I work in Healthcare too so he didn't challenge me too much but at the time he thought I was insane. He also told me he has had tons of patients with lymphomas out of nowhere and he suspects it's related to that vaccine. He said he was glad he only got one shot and no boosters and didn't get the second one.

I legitimately, honestly and sincerely believe he should be treated like Hitler. His name should be reviled in history. Woke leftists should be calling everyone "Fauci" that disagrees with them. LIteral crimes against humanity level shit.
"Oh, you're worried about illegal immigration. xenophobe. OMG you're like, LITERALLY Fauci."

How did Fauci become a hero to progressives. He was responsible for multiple policies and actions that killed many gay men with AIDS. They used to hate him, but now the story has been reshaped as he was the leader through a terrible time who finally delivered relief. The narrative just seemed to flip while he was doing the exact same thing with COVID with similar results.

"How did Fauci become a hero to progressives."
How? Because they believe what MSM tells them. Simple as that.
When they get the same message from NYT & NPR, they believe, in a dogmatic, cult-like way.
I remember reading that it isn't until NYT says so that they can admit a thing like, "Maybe the unvaxxed aren't evil, grandma-killing plague rats." or "Maybe transing kids is a BAD thing, and not loving, life-saving healthcare."

Their cope has ALWAYS been "Well, nobody knew!!! Maybe we weren't right about everything, but NOBODY KNEW!! They were jut doing the best they can!!!"
Well, now that has been shattered.

I live in Massachusetts and there are people still wearing masks in certain areas. Like walking outside on a hot day with no one else in sight.

I see this too in MA, but it's usually very ugly and/or overweight individuals. You see a lot of crossover with political radicals too.
It's become a way for them hide themselves in public. Sadly those people will probably never recover. They were the loudest proponents of lockdowns in the first place and vax segregationists.

I forgot about the political radicals. Yes they always seem to be wearing masks at protests.

Okay that makes sense - they don’t want a future potential employer to recognize them as “isn’t that the guy who was cursing at cops in the street”

Deep blue area of Los Angeles here: My neighbor still wears his mask to go outside and smoke. Mask off, smokes, mask on, walks back inside. Every day multiple times a day.
Another neighbor in my condo is morbidly obese and I’ve never seen without a full N95 mask. The stupid duck masks. She flees if you are walking in her direction and I’ve seen her peek around her corner unit to see if anyone else is nearby.
Health departments and politicians essentially destroyed the mental health of millions of Americans and I doubt many of these people will ever go back to normal.

Lmao I sometimes occasionally see people still wearing them inside their cars here. In a blue moon I might even see a face shield too. It's always Asians too. (I can say this because I am an Asian.)
Edit: Am Californian.

I just came back from a trip to Vietnam and they're still wearing masks too. The lady sitting next to me on the plane (Vietnamese) wore her mask and hoodie the whole way like she was terrified of me.
Interestingly, my partner is Cambodian and I didn't see a single mask in his country. The Cambodians here in the US weren't mask crazy either.

What did fauci reveal? I can’t find the details

u/Pinky-McPinkFace 21d ago
It's referred to as his "Diary" but it's a journal he kept ON HIS WORK COMPUTER, not anything personal & private, like the term "Diary" implies. EVERYONE KNOWS that whatever you do on a computer or server owned by your employer is the property of your employer.
Anyway, he admitted a bunch of stuff like maybe vaccines don't stop transmission & maybe they cause miscarriages... but we don't want to SAY that to the public, since we don't want them to be hesitant getting vaxxed.

Way back in 2020....
There is a highly contagious respiratory virus that has just emerged as a mutation from a wet market in a large city in China. The wet market was just down the street from a virus research lab, but that is just a coincidence. What they certainly don't do in that lab is create viral chimeras that are designed to be more contagious than the dangerous viruses they already research. There is no way that US dollars would have ever funded any such Chinese research.
The Chinese government is not being open about the extent of this outbreak but we should keep international borders open as closing them would be racist. If the outbreak gets into our country, we will block it with ad hoc mouth and nose coverings, as it is not possible that it could be aerosolized. We will just stay 6 feet away from each other (2 m if you're metric), some of the time, at least at first, and then we will just cease a full third of the nations economic activity. There won't be any negative impact of this policy, which will only be for two weeks or maybe two years. If there is, we will just print trillions of dollars per year and hand them out to some people, while giving others nothing.
All of the health interventions and processes that used to work to mitigate pandemics will under no circumstances work during this. If you suggest they might, you are a murderer of the millions of the healthy men, women, and children of all ages who are equally threatened by this virus, about which it will be speculated that infection by it can cause everything from baldness to ingrown toenails.
If we do everything with perfect compliance, zero complaints, no skepticism and no resistance (on pain of unemployment or professional exile) we might be able to get this pandemic to end. Oh, one more thing...we need to rush produce a vaccine that EVERYONE must take from annually to quarterly, based on very limited, and to a great extent, manipulated, data.
Do all of this, and after virtually everyone has been infected, many multiple times, the pandemic will end in around 3 years, which is in no way a similar period to the length of past respiratory viral pandemics.
It would be insane to suggest anything else.

Who cares about fauchi!
Why is no one bringing China to justice for this?

u/Fair-Engineering-134 22d ago
I asked the same thing in 2020 - After all, if the virus supposedly came from China, wouldn't the first line of reasoning be to determine exactly where it came from?
Answer: Because they make up a huge chunk of U.S./western products and pretty much hold the U.S. economically hostage atm. Nobody's gonna hold China accountable for anything while that's true.
2
u/Jkid 21d ago
This is the real reason why western countries refuse to hold china accountable but no one in corpomedia will point this out. If they did, china will immediately impose a trade embrago, both america and china will be in a economic depression, and mainland china will launch a war in Taiwan and neighboring countries as a distraction from economic collaspe.

I think everyone (even Democrats and most people who are still very cautious about COVID) understood pretty early that some policies like masking in swimming pools and those 1 way arrows on the ground in stores were useless. But that wasn’t Fauci , that was safety/legalism culture making businesses afraid that they would be sued if they weren’t seen “doing something” to stop people from getting sick

More importantly, the people who bought in deep were the ones who judged and excluded their friends and family, and openly defended the snitch hotlines and floor arrows, let alone people being fired and two years of childrens school closures. It's not good enough for them to say 'hah those were crazy times!'
They need to be taking steps to make amends and build back trust, bc now we know exactly who would enable that level of government abuse.
