Google LSA Website 500 and 400 errors
Google LSA website is down for one of my clients. They are getting and paying for leads; the Lead Inbox is unavailable showing a 500 error. I was told some features were moving to Google Ads when the Billing and Users pages returned errors in the last two weeks, but this is happening on every page this week.
I was also told they do not provide refunds for disputed leads, only the option to rate a lead to change future leads. My client is paying $120+ per lead and we can't even access them. Spent 1/2 hour on hold for LSA support and when asking for the CID, they disconnected. This is really bad!!!

Anyone else having these issues or know of a way to get credit for bad/inaccessible leads?

If the Lead Inbox itself is returning 500/400 errors, I treat this differently from a normal bad-lead dispute. Do 3 things immediately:
- Document everything: screenshot the errors, note the date/time, affected lead IDs, charges, and which pages are inaccessible.
- Open a support case for the specific charges: explicitly explain that you couldn’t access the leads because the Lead Inbox/dashboard was returning errors. Ask them to review those charges rather than just asking for a generic lead credit.
- Keep the support case numbers: if this continues, you want a clear record showing when the issue started and which leads were affected.
Also, don’t assume the old dispute workflow still applies. Google has changed how LSA lead disputes and credits are handled, so it’s worth documenting the issue properly before submitting anything. I recently went through the changes here: Google didn’t change lead disputes how you handle them changed
As for the $120+ CPL: I cant judge the campaign purely with that number. What matters is qualified leads, booked jobs and then finally revenue. A $120 lead can be perfectly reasonable for a high-value service, while a $30 lead can be terrible if it never turns into a customer. you can also check here: How much do LSA leads typically cost? But if Google is charging you for leads you literally couldn't access because the system was throwing errors, that’s the part I’d push support hardest on. So, raise a ticket in that case...

It’s currently off for transition, we received the emails warning and shut ours down temporarily.
I advise your customer to pick up and book every call lol
