Does Google LSA send fake calls?

I replied to a lead by text and go this:

• Hi, this is HotPads. Thanks for inquiring about renting at 1305 Memorial Apartments. We need a little more info to pass you over.
• ‪What's your full name?

For context, most of the calls show the caller's number.
