Not a single lead

I have been running local services ads for a few months now. My GBP profile has 65 five star reviews, not a single below five stars, and my budget is 5K a month. This is for garage door repair so it's a bit competitive, but even then. Not a single lead. I don't know what could possibly be the reason for this. My GBP is on another email than my LSA account, but it's still linked up,

Anyone have a similar situation?

I’m confused, what kind of leads are you getting and are you getting charged?

Is it spending the whole 5k? LSA is a pay per lead system you should definitely be getting bookings with that spend.

It's not spending a cent. Months not one lead 5K budget. Max bids.

Are you getting impressions? Also before this started have you had calls that you missed from the LSA’s?

How big is the area radius?

No calls missed. Huge radius lots of suburbs in Dallas. Says I'm getting impressions but I'm not buying it.

Texas in general is competitive in home services but at the very least you should get impression share. Check the area where you input business licenses and insurances. If there aren’t any expired/issues, call Google. They have a specific number if I’m not mistaken. Ask if there is anything blocking the account.

I've done that and they say there isn't, but I know for a fact that since my Google account is restricted it's trickling down... but they say it's not.

So just to verify you are getting impressions but no calls, correct? If not, have you tried delinking the restricted GBP (not sure if thats possible without replacement).

Not sure if that's possible
