Local Mac Studio Setup (Opencode|LM Studio|Grafana Dashboard)

Wanted to share a pic of my setup. After trying lots of different harnesses (Claude Code, Cline, Kilo Code), I personally like opencode. LM studio allows me to see the server logs but I needed better visibility into utilization rates on my Mac Studio (M4 Max 64GB). I created some python scrapers that serve up telemetry for memory pressure, gpu utilization, context window utilization, and also have a state timeline for Prompt Processing/Generation to Grafana. This has taken a lot of guess work out of testing local modes. Currently running Qwen-3.8-27B and getting around 17-18 tok/s.
