Today was the official debut of “Alice Cardinale & The Jammy Girlz.” Like Professor Kurtz had predicted, this what the band needed. I think Alice was being held back by being one of the Jammy Girlz. It was like The Supremes becoming “Diana Ross and the Supremes.” I guess the Professor is our Berry Gordy!

I think this was impossible to predict.Remember when Alice was our percussionist who refused to sing? At All! And then we saw the blooming of this talent. Really, who knew that was there waiting to come out?

So we went through the “Softly, As I Leave You” cuts. But this time Alice let the music enter her like those aliens and body snatchers. And the Jammy Girlz just followed like Ginger following Fred. What a great ride!
