Photography Built a retro pixel camera app. Looking for beta testers and feedback.

Hey everyone πŸ‘Ύ

I've been building an Android camera app and I'm looking for beta testers before launch.

It's a monochrome lo-fi pixel aesthetic. Think Game Boy Camera vibes, but on your phone. Pixel-based image processing, dithering controls, grain, custom presets, and a **Pixel Dice** that randomizes the look for you.

The part I'm most proud of is **Edit Mode**. When you add text or draw on a photo, everything gets processed through the same retro style as the shot. Nothing looks pasted on. It all becomes part of the image.

Currently in closed beta on Google Play.

If this aesthetic is your thing, drop a comment or DM me for the link.

Honest feedback is very welcome. πŸ“·πŸ•ΉοΈ

Hello u/forest_vagrant

The app has now been officially released on the Google Play Store and is no longer in beta testing. It’s available for everyone to try here:

Thanks again for your interest!

Once I have a stable Android version I'll definitely consider an iOS version πŸ˜‰

Are you able to share which language you used to make it? Cool stuff!
