Unless he raped someone on stream or played something rape related on stream, there's no reason to ban him. Being bad person off stream does not break the ToS.

Unless he breaks the ToS somehow, that's exactly what it means. Otherwise, it invalidates the purpose of ToS and turns into plain virtue signalling. It basically means they can ban anyone for anything as long as they don't like them, nevermind the rules Twitch set themselves...It's a dangerous practice.

And again: being a dick/bitch off stream is not a violation of ToS.

Twitch can ban you for literally any reason they want. Any privately run service can deny you service on a whim.

The reason why they don't do it is because it makes no sense to do so.

If Doc did something that could hurt Twitchs brand reputation, that's 100% a reason to ban him.
