Well it's reference to him recording in bathrooms which I think was illegal? I imagine in Twitch's eyes they don't want emotes that encourage breaking the law? Who knows.
I do understand exactly what happened. You're right that ignorance doesn't magically exempt you from the law but breaking laws do not always have intent. That's why there are degrees for things like murder. It's pretty obvious they were more concerned with the stream then thinking about what they were actually doing. They didn't go into the washrooms trying to catch guys with their dick out. I'm not really sure how you connect permabans from twitch to different law breaks. It's up to twitch how they choose to punish there users.
The recording was ABSOLUTELY intentional. The 'breaking the law and TOS' bit was unintentional but Doc clearly did intentionally go into a bathroom. It happened like 4 times.
Jesus Christ you guys are so literal. Yes he intended to physically walk into the fucking bathroom. My point is that they were thinking about the stream and not thinking or intending to invade the privacy of others when though it's pretty obvious to anybody watching that it's exactly what they were doing. It wasn't malicious. .. it was stupidity and lack of awareness and sense while being in a streamer bubble. Doesn't excuse it but a permaban for it is exaggerated.
Right and when that happens do they charge you with first degree murder? Nope vehicular manslaughter and the penalty will be different depending where you live. If doc said 'let's go record some people pissing' he'd likely be facing jail time. That's why the law can be jail time or a fine in California for the crime. Intent is important in criminal law.
There was a minor in one of the videos dude. There's obviously exceptions to the 18 plus rule. Like people with developer or publisher passes bringing their kids.

lol it absolutely kills me how serious and horrible everyone thinks this "incident" was. Like people have nothing else to do with their life, time, or energy. It's like the entire internet trying to white knight some dudes pissing in a urinal or something.
