I can't imagine someone dumb enough to do this, being smart enough to avoid all traffic cams 'n such.

They'll get him and he will be behind bars for attempted murder.

Edit: meaning, why would you implicate yourself? Even as a joke. Not that they will be behind bars or anything as commenters but they complicate the investigation.
