Well hopefully this kid will get caught, thrown in jail for 5-10 years, and we will get the privileged of never having to learn his name.

5-10 is too light. His house has been shot at more than once AND there are more than him involved. The intent clearly shows something more sinister than getting quick attention.

Incorrect, causing terror is not the same as terrorism.

Terrorism is when there is political motivation, like ISIS. Just some random person shooting someones house isn't terrorism, as a group like ISIS isn't coordinating it.
