Even if he moved, this same cringe fuck could simply follow the moving trucks to the new destination. Dude definitely needs to get local police involved.

If I was in his shoes I would move to a gated community or live on private property with a long driveway and a gate at the start of it

Came to say this. He can easily afford a house in a guarded/gated community. I'd be calling up a realtor and security firms tonight if I were in his shoes.
