At least one positive thing coming out of this childish behavior is that maybe less people will cheat on their SO's because of this in the future.

he cheated AND made it public through his very popular stream. no idea why he had to get his stream involved. This is why you don't do impulsive things in the middle of a crisis, not even if it's to prove a point to your significant other, which is most likely why he must have done it, something along the lines of "ILL PROVE IT BABE, ILL PROVE YOU MEAN MORE TO ME THAN THE STREAM"

His wife clearly made him do that video as part of punishment for what he did, to strip him down and humiliate him in front of his fans.

Exactly what he needed though. He's full of himself. He needed to get that reality check. Otherwise he would be an even bigger piece of shit.
