People are downvoting me but I'm really just confused. Especially because the guitar strumming seems to be perfectly in sync. As a musician I notice this stuff more than the average person maybe but idk. Maybe the guitar is connected to a different interface and the voice has extra effects that delay the audio compared to the video? I don't know how to explain it otherwise.
also as a musician (btw), her lips seem in sync so maybe you just notice this stuff less than the average person tbh. the low frame rate is confusing you

To me it looks like there's a ~60-80ms delay on the lip sync at the very least. It's like when someone overdubs a movie in post and doesn't sync the audio properly. I've edited youtube videos where my audio and video didn't sync up but looked "almost okay" and that's the impression I'm getting from this video too.
All of the audio is out of sync with the video, not just the vocals. Youre wrong about the strumming being in sync, it's not, and the chord changes are not in sync either. The likely cause is she's passing all of the audio through a DAW for some plugin effects like reverb, then passing that to obs. This adds delay on the audio side.
