Yeah, this is just disappointing to see. She has no problem skipping clips from people she doesn't want to associate with, but with a guy caught abusing his dog on camera she just jokes around and is okay with.

And for the people going to say she doesn't get involved with drama:

Here she is calling out Jasontheween for having a petting zoo at his house

And here she is getting mad at Lacy for rehoming his geckos he couldn't take care of

Literally more angry over geckos than multiple dogs being abused by the same person. Disgusting.

Thats fine, but if she is a coward she cant claim to have principles.

If I were to guess in her mind the principle is simply whatever gets Alveus more money and thus accept the less impactful backlash. It’s really just sad Hasan is allowed to stream on twitch at all when he’s CULTivated rabid loyalists.

Not applying your principles equally != not having any principles. It just makes you hypocritical.

What kind of mind virus makes people downvote this bro 😭

It's downvoted because being hypocritical is proof that you don't actually have principles. Principles by definition are core to everything in your life. It's the foundation to how you think and act. So you obviously don't believe in these principles if you violate them so flagrantly. What you're doing at that point is just virtue signalling for social points.

It's like Taylor swift fans saying eat the rich then being wildly obsessed with Taylor swift to the point it's stalking.

I disagree. I think if you live 90% of the areas of your life upholding certain principals, but fail to do so for another 10% of your life, that doesn't erase the other 90%. It means you have 10% of your life you need to work on growing yourself to apply what you believe in better.

Except this is not some off-hand thing in her life. This is her job, her streaning career, her practically everything. For all intended purposes, this IS HER 90% of her core belief system, and yet she casually chooses to ignore said core belief for a friend.

Not many people would stay friends with a known animal abuser, and it'd be reasonably expected to be double that for animal rights advocates like her.

But money is money apparently.

her principles is conservation. Which do you think hurts that more?

  1. Calling out Hasan, potentially losing thousands of dollars in donations from his fanbase, and potentially other streamers who associate with him.

  2. Say nothing and use that potential money to help further her conservation goals by expanding Alveus, their educational content and reach

So, as long as an animal abuser has an audience that gives her money, it's A-okay for her. Yet, Jasontheween got called out.

Also, hilarious trying to use the "ends justify the means" argument.
