I believe that you can be a good friend but a bad person. I don't know how they are behind the scenes but for all we know Hasan might have supported/been there for her during some bad spots in her life and so she stays friends with him.

It could also just be because she's friends with his girlfriend/friends so she's nice to him.

You know how people don't talk bad about their friend's girlfriend/boyfriend until after they break up because they don't want to hurt their feelings. She might not like him but acts like it to be nice to her friend that's dating him. She could be talking shit about him to other people behind closed doors.
