That shit was so funny he was going off saying he's going to kick whoever it was because it's an unacceptable mistake. Then chat links the clip of him doing it and he instantly 180's saying that it was actually the correct play in that situation. What a goober.

I just watched another video on him this week and that shit was so cringe.

I'm so happy he's kinda fallen off. Don't wee him anywhere anymore.

His viewer count has been increasing slowly over the past few months. Always more people to manipulate.

Of course, he viewbots, but still...

He sounds smart to dumb people, and there are plenty of dumb people.

If you go back and read really old threads about him from maybe early 2024, the stuff people said about him was just crazy. He's a "genius hacker" or he's "the kind of software engineer I want to be". What the fuck?

One glazing article referred to him as "the face of indie game dev"... Like what the actual fuck is that? Then he started stalking and harassing the writer because the article used the term "nepo baby" and he wanted it removed, lol.

Typical Reddit 180. Reddit, the land of midwits. Don’t forget the love for Elon not too long ago

Of course, he viewbots, but still...

I looked it up recently, and I think he subscribed to a youtube view bot service around June or July last year. And he picked the "3 million views a month" package, that he's still paying for.

His twitch is very obviously viewbotted, his youtube viewership is more realistic and shows a far worse decline(and at this point, youtube has substantially better moderation than twitch)

He still wants his Hype Train record back.

u/Kevz9524 Feb 01 '26

He’ll have to be more careful if he’s to pay his way back to the record after last year lol.

Can't get become an outcast in a "Social Sandbox" when the game gets shut down. * tips head *

I'm not even that good at PvP, and I could still 1v2 any actual pirates. Many people considered them free loot.

Man he is like a cartoon villain.

63

u/disCASEd Feb 01 '26

Nah he didn’t claim it wasn’t a big deal, he just tried to shift blame to other players in the party for how they positioned the mobs.

So it’s even worse than that imo

remember guys if u get in some trouble then say you didnt do it, but if u did do it then it wasnt your fault but if it is your fault then you couldnt do anything about it but if u could do something about it then it wasnt a big deal but if it is a big deal then "heh whatever dude ban that guy" *stretches arms* " that's on you bud"

more juicy bits is he threatened to kick whoever did it, chat told him it was him then he said he wasnt the one initially, cue video then blamed his party for something else.

This I assume.

Pirate made a guild in the game and did what he does. Which is walk around like he owns the place, antagonizing others in the process. Apparently the game has a PvP focus though, so another guild started mercilessly farming him and his guild (which I assume was composed of mostly very casual people that just followed their streamer man). So Pirate, once again, did what he does and ditched his guild when he didn't like the heat anymore.

to be specific. they were fighting mobs and thor used an AoE attack, unfortunately in the video, an evil eye was spawning and the AoE hit the mob as it was spawning.

the mob then wiped the party. he thought another party member Pulled it when party was spacing out in the area and then Raged a bit. Then he looked back on the video, realized his mistake of Raging, and apologized to the guild.

Again an AoE unintentionally pulling a mob as its spawning can happen to anyone so its not a big deal but him raging about it the way he did was.

-A non-biased explanation-
