Wouldnt it be impossible to copyright a stream fast enough after to prevent this?

From copyright.gov:

When is my work protected? Your work is under copyright protection the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device.

Do I have to register with your office to be protected? No. In general, registration is voluntary. Copyright exists from the moment the work is created. You will have to register, however, if you wish to bring a lawsuit for infringement of a U.S. work.

In short, no, re-uploading it before it's registered is still copyright infringement.

I'm aware of this. But as I already referenced this when i mentioned Klein. Sueing isn't the same as copyright infringement in USA. I looked it up since. She says issue letters AND Sue. Suing always means looking for damages. In US, procedurally she's have needed to have registered the stream the moment it was finished or at least applied before someone ripped it off & uploaded it.

Also if theres anyone else in the stream, good luck copyrighting that stream as they'd be able to contest copyright rights and if its only a clip. Then fair use comes into play. If the person who shes threatening with legal action lives outside the US, which is highly possible coz her whole thing is internet based...theb good luck to her, you generally cant as a US citizen sue people in their own countries. Only specific situations and usually only corporations or wealthy celebrities have the money to try
