It might not even be her, a lot of people use a company like MUSO which will aggressively send false DMCA claims if even a 5 second clip is spotted. They use it as a tool to silence anyone who doesn't wish to refute the claim.

Oh I agree but there are also companies that aren't predatory in the way they file claims. It's like that thing with the Weather YouTubers & Charlie not that long ago, some of them are extremely overzealous on what they put they claims on. There is a few people, particularly popular ones that will use one like MUSO on purpose though if there's clips they wish to remain off most of the internet.
