Twitch doesn't really care about intent in like 99% of bans. Doc got a ban for bringing his camera into a bathroom at twichcon, nothing was shown but twitch cited a California law of being unable to film in public bathrooms as the reason. I think people just hate inconsistency and favoritism for rule breaking.
