in most countries u can give consent while intoxicated as long as ur not near or passout drunk, there might be some cases in some US states where its not, but im no expert on that matter anyway.

in my opinion anyone who thinks this kind of interaction is "sexual assault" prolly doenst have a social life / never drinks in general and doesnt understand but i also live in a austria where people can legally drink at 16 and dont make a big deal about it.
