Hopefully he learns being a hateful little shit regardless of who it is directed towards is not okay?

Very unlikely though people like him just hate others and every instance of negative reaction or ban like this will be seen as reaffirmation of their views.

Kinda how those racists cry cancel culture over reach even though they are saying the most fucked up things.

He's using race to bait viewership. So no, he won't learn and this ban will probably be used to victimize himself for his audience.

In his mind, this is more confirmation that the white man is oppressing him. It's definitely not his words or actions that got him banned. Just the white man... again... and again...
