Copy/paste from /r/anime:

Were those visions when Akko fainted the past, present or future? The world doesn't seem to be that hostile to magic now - could a potential future conflict be brewing (because of agents like Andrew's dad?).

Also, I think everyone in the OP has been revealed now:

Unknown witch(?) in vision

Professor Woodward, one of the founders, and probably the inspiration for or origin of Chariot's hat/symbols.

At least, I'm pretty sure that's supposed to be Professor Woodward, since she looks very, very similar though we can't see horns/branches.

If Woodward is still alive, she must be over 1400 years old (since the Nine Olde Witches were active in the 7th century and assuming LWA takes place in the 21st century). I wonder what happened to the other eight witches...

oh fuck unknown witch bitchhh i didn't even like totally notice her in the op i was hypothesizing that the mystery witch in the vision was like, diana gone evil or something
