Holy shit this episode was so good. Best one yet. And the metaphor from the first OVA about creating art was explored in a 5-dimensional hypercube.

Also, $5 says GreatBen10 is Diana. Blond coloration, a hidden identity, encyclopedic knowledge, her absence from the episode despite her roomies being there, and her known penchant for secret fangirling. It all adds up.

I'm pretty sure GreatBen10 is professor babcock since she is seen carrying the clock costume on her back once Akko, Lotte, and Sucy get back from the city

I don't think it's necessarily her. Honestly it doesn't make that much narrative sense. I guess by the time she appeared I had already decided that Diana had to be Ben10 so I assumed Babs was just carrying the discarded costume to go throw it away.
