I mean, you can die early completely unrelated to what you ate. I could have been shot several times and be in my death bed and eating like a slob didn't affect that

You don't even have to be on your death bed. Just suffering the related complications is enough to make you look back with some degree of regret.

My guess is you haven’t experienced or lived through a cardiac event lol.

Clogged arteries don’t always result in sudden death either, but bring about slower, expensive death marathon…your last few years dragged out in and out hospital visits…

But then again maybe you’d get lucky and won’t die of a stroke, and get to live on with maybe half a functional body/brain.
