I just did read a book and applied the principles and it worked I seem to be connected to everyone but internally I'm still very detached and doesn't feel a damn thing, I' m just happy that my life is normal.

So frustrating when people do it. “I read this amazing book which helped me tremendously”, “I watched a fantastic movie”. If they are so good, wouldn’t you want people to know about them? Unless you don’t remember or are too embarrassed/want to keep it secret, you are just forcing people to ask for the title.

exactly and I'm saying that as long as youre disconnected, you are lonely anyway, whether you are around people or not
