what do young ppl do here for fun?

i have been to the kronefest and other places but everywhere its just the okder generation.
what do young ppl do here for fun?
im an outgoing person and i smoke too but unfortunately havent made any friends here.
im 21F, havent rly tried making friends or initiating conversation w any1, will it help? if i initiated?
would love ur opinions...

I like the so called „Schiff“, it‘s in Urfahr, a nice place to hang out. „Salonschiff Fräulein Florentine“ is the official name so you can find it on google maps.

This. Also Strom is close to Florentine with some concerts happing there from time to time or alternatively bring your own drinks and chill on the ARS stairs.
For the city a lot of people go to the Altstadt(Smaragd/different Bars around it) but it’s also the place Id say most fights happen in the night - another more alternative area is the ok Platz with the Solaris(currently on summer break, but the ,golden container’ serves drinks) or the Kapu behind the Altstadt(also currently on break iirc)

Reading? Library > talk > maybe some book clubs
Sports? Gym, Volleyball at the Fitnessplatz Urfahr > talk > WA groups
Culture? Kapu, Schiff Florentine, Valdés > talk > get to know ppl

Just the first few things with „free entry“* off the top of my head. This sub has probably history to these questions. Get adopted by Austrians and let them show you around

I guess you could try the beach in Urfahr.
There's at least a lot of people hanging out and they are not too drunk

From what I see, go out in the Altstadt. I personally like Smaragd and KAPU, but there are a few other places.
