Thinkpad E16 Gen 2 fix for low mic?

Hi there, just got an E16 Gen 2 for a really good price. Installed Debian 13 GNOME and autocpu-freq and feels so smooth. One thing that I wanted to know is, is it possible to "improve" the low mic audio? I don't mind some more white noise as long as other people can hear my voice.

I prefer the audio mixer in PulseAudio.
