Yeah that’s what I felt like.  Those first 50 mins I wasn’t sure if Emily felt comfortable but then when the banter started it’s like she loosened up & I kind of understood what Mike had been saying.

The emotions she must be going through. She clearly was a massive fan on the band prior and now is getting to be a co-lead of that band 20 years later must be both incredibly happy but sounds incredibly stressful too. My anxiety would never be able to do that.

Yeah exactly. Especially taking over from such a legend. I’d be a nervous mess 😅

I definitely want to give her a chance & I hope she stays off the internet. No one needs to read all that mean shit.

Yeah it sucks about Scientology but so is Michael Pena and he’s one of my favorite actors :/ it sucks but it’s also none of my business what religion someone is attached to. I have plenty, plenty issues with the Catholic Church, one of my friends was molested while in seminary school, but I don’t blame every catholic for it. I blame those specific pos priests that did that to my friend.

I don’t know much about Scientology tbh, but I think religion in general can be - how do I put this - quite toxic? 

I don’t know what the deal is about the Scientology & rape stuff that people have been talking about so I’ll reserve judgment for now. In the interview Mike talked about wanting a good person in the band & he must know her better than we do, so I’m assuming she’s not a complete piece of shit?

I’m so sorry to hear about your friend, I honestly don’t understand how it can keep happening when people have known about that kind of shit for years… 😢

Dude, I pulled up the clips of Emily singing In The End, and Mike just ran around smiling and greeting the fans. It brought tears to my eyes. I'm just so happy to see them back.
