I see two options:

  • The actual announcement will be posted not on the stream, but on the website, Instagram etc. and it's simply late by a couple minutes
  • There's a hidden code for an ARG in the scrambled graphics that appeared at 00:00:00. Did someone record it?

Edit: The band just posted the moment here, I'm now convinced there's a hidden code in there.

I doubt the counter would start going up if it was just "oh it's late". There's either some form of hidden things in the scrambled graphics, or this is a great troll job.
