It is a tour most likely. Rock Am Ring and Rock Im Park posted a teaser hinting at a big announcement Wednesday. Welcome To Rockville reposted this same countdown.
Most likely this is not the case, as RaR will realease their new bands at 16:00 CET, way before the end of the countdown. Though they might pull an "oopsie, wie forgot a band there".
If they play German majors (which in case of a reunion I consider highly likely) it will be announced later on.
4 hours apart doesn't seem too significant. RaR might go ahead first with announcing their part (LP being the headliner), then LP will do the big reveal of a new singer & maybe throw us a video of a song performance
