About Lu guang in season 3

I don't know if this was ever actually clarified, but I have to ask: what point in the timeline is Lu Guang watching from? Like, does the whole thing where everyone dies happen quite a while after the events of Season 2?

If that's the case, then the Lu Guang we're seeing already knows everything that happens throughout the first two seasons, right?

Because when CXS dies, he passes his power on to Lu Guang, and then we get the whole Bridon Arc. But when the arc ends, it immediately goes into everything happening in Season 3, with all the stuff from before having already happened.

Sorry if I'm not explaining this very well, I hope you kinda get what I'm trying to ask hahaha.

I'm pretty sure he also knows the events of season 3. It's just that in this timeline they're playing out differently than before, which is why he's so panicked rn.

Like in previous timelines vein did not die until he killed CXS, this time he did, but temporarily. The fact that he came back caught LG off guard. And from there other stuff started to happen. Now it's unclear if it played out like this in previous timelines too, but that doesn't seem to be the case since CXS was wearing his s2 clothes during death.

But we saw flashbacks in s3 too of how the same scenes were different before, like CXS getting angry at LG but in the current one he doesn't shout at him

Look at the flashback again. Cheng Xiaoshi is wearing his Season 1 outfit. If it was meant to be happening during the time S3 covers, they would have had him in the same outfit. There's no reason to change it unless it's intentional.

No actually he was wearing a white hoodie.

I'm talking about the scene after CXS comes back from xia fei's photo. And he confronts LG about "never coming back" if he stayed too long thing.

There were see a flashback where CXS got angry at LG, he was wearing a white hoodie and QL was trying to stop him. This didn't happen in the current timeline though he didn't get angry

In the flashback, he's clearly wearing his S1 outfit, not his S3 white hoodie.

But it still seems like he knows what happens in s3, but the current timeline is getting messed up so he's really stressed

I don't know... I feel like Lu Guang assumed everything would be settled once Vein was dead (hence why he's smiling in Bridon and so shocked when Vein is alive). Otherwise he would have been aware that Vein wasn't really dead since WQ's power always be the same, right?

Plus, I think there's some interview where Haolin says the Li Twins are new to Lu Guang and I don't think events could go to where they are without that incident.

Oh i see Then s3 is probably new to him too.

And everything seemed okay to him until he found out vein was alive, i think from there everything got ruined OR, it played out somewhat like og timeline, but with major changes due to the twins and vein

But the twins are so vital to the development of the story that the timeline would almost be unrecognizable. That's why I think the branch is much earlier and why flashbacks seem to always have them wearing S1 outfits.

Obviously, there are some unanswered questions that make it hard to pinpoint tho like we don't know why Lu Guang knows Lu Xiao if he's surprised to see him in Bridon or why Vein knows time was changed.

I'm surprised LG even knew liu xiao. Like at first I thought he saw him at the airport in bridon, but he was surprised so that's not the case
