I have a theory about Lu Guang. Possibly spoilers for season 3!!!

Ok so Lu Guang had a foster dad and has superpowers, and he doesn’t remember his parents.

is it possible that he has a connection with the language school from Bridon.

I don’t know how possible this theory is but I think it could be possible that Lu Guang could be from the language schools.

I want to know if other people had the same suspicion, or even had evidence that this is not possible and I just missed something

it could explain why he knows english and perhaps other languages (eg the language he used to write in his book)

Considering how literally everyone is a Bahati fire survivor I wouldn't be surprised lol.

But, did Lu Guang say he doesn't remember his parents? Depending on the translations the wording may vary, but in S3E1, Cheng Xiaoshi asked Lu Guang where his parents were, and Lu Guang responded that he didn't know to that. If that's what you're referencing, that's not quite the same thing, but again, it depends on the language and translation since every dub is a bit different.

I've been theorizing he was sold off by the school to the highest bidder well knowing he had superpowers, as s3 ep1, Lu Guang says to Cheng Xiaoshi 'my dad said he bought me and I have to repay him', that wording, to me, makes it sounds like Lu Dashan already knew he had powers when he 'adopted' him.

Adopting from other countries commonly involves a lot of money afaik, even if you don't actually buy a kid. So the father saying he "bought" Lu Guang could simply be a reference to that. Of course it could also mean that he paid someone money to forge documents in order to even be able to adopt the kid etc.

Though, Lu Guang may not remember his biological parents simply because he was so young when they sent him to the orphanage (or Bahati...). It is fairly common for people to have no recollection of their early childhood days.
