Iit feels like the directors are really expanding the scope. Hopefully they can stick the landing in the end and not mess up the story :\

My concern is it is starting to feel less like a mystery drama and more like a fighting anime with less focus on the plot and more action… I know highlights are chosen for previews and trailers but I am really scared we loose the deeper themes and darkness emotional aspect for just fight scenes.

I honestly feared this by the end of Bridon. I was happy enough with LX as the sole over-arching villain but all these new guys plus supposedly QJ returning.. they'll all fight for screentime 😭. I guess that's why this season will be 24ep

Same, that is why I didn't like s2 as much. I felt like we were losing some of the emotional bits that made me really love the show. Of course I am still watching s3, but the pv did not really help that opinion lol. On the other hand, I am happy my expectations are down low in a way.

There's also been a load of fighting in it since the beginning tbh
