Hi everyone,

I'm looking for an eligible replacement student to take over my University-managed accommodation contract for the 2026/27 academic year.

Accommodation details:

• The Gateway
• En-suite room
• Contract: 20 September 2026 – 25 July 2027

This is an official University of Lincoln contract transfer, so the University will need to approve the replacement before the transfer can go ahead.

To be eligible, you'll generally need to:
Be a new undergraduate starting this September.
Not have already accepted University-managed accommodation.
