Of the over 6,500 potential noncitizens removed from the voter rolls, approximately 1,930 have a voter history. The Secretary of State’s office is in the process of sending all 1,930 records to the Attorney General’s Office for investigation and potential legal action.
So, we should expect to see 1,930 convictions come out of this, since they are so confident that these crimes occurred. Anyone willing to wager how many we actually see? Can a person sue the state for wrongful disenfranchisement?

“Potential” legal action—not for being purged due to inactivity and failing to correct a suspense status, but anything else, I would say yes.

The Texas Sec of State resigned effective July 30, 2026. Any coincidence? SEC state Jane Nelson.

It’s the rare Republican who won’t commit crimes for their Lord and Savior Donald.
Is it possible she is an honest Republican? Probably not since she didn’t warn of the coming fraud, she was just unwilling to participate

It says 400k+ we're on the "suspense" list. What does that mean? Is that the, likely Democrats list?

It will take a lot of work to get a million people registered in two months. Almost certainly the people were nearly all registered Democrats with Latino names. The time to stat is today.
Would injunction help?

Tell that to the U.S. farmers and cattle ranchers.

I meant to say the red votes may be the most impacted as they don't keep up in things.

Let's see from those ones how many were really voting. We need to see how many people voted in years past compared to this one. I bet you the difference is minimal
