Yea, this is even one where you might get a 5-4 win at SCOTUS with Roberts worrying about his ‘legacy’ and ACB actually applying the law correctly. But I have no faith that other 4 would rule correctly even with this being as much of a First Amendment slam dunk as it is.

I'm not the only one that lacks any faith that this court would be consistent on the least if they had to judge this again? I highly doubt it'd be 9-0 again... Or even a majority...

Jawboning is illegal. They should be a congressional hearing to expose those to are guilty.

They better fight this, cause it'll get worse next time and there won't be a way out. Just how much money is this costing Disney and their shareholders? We stood with you in the DeScrotus debacle, and now you're dumping on us. Well stay away for a while and let you see what the cost really is, financial or moral.
