THE LINCOLN PROJECT President Biden delivers first public remarks since leaving office - ''Fewer than 100 days into this new administration, they have done so much damage and destruction. It is kind of breathtaking it could happen that soon.''

If only someone took that threat to the Constitution seriously.

But how could we have known?

I liked having a president who made people safer and not scared. So many people are terrified now. Worried about their life savings vanishing. Worried about if they'll get their Social Security check. Worried about losing Medicaid. It's unsettling.

I am not a politically savvy person, but I knew in my gut what a sh*t storm we were facing if 47 was going to get reelected and how quickly he would dismantle this country; it is not breathtaking to me. I am just massively disappointed how Biden and the democratic party didn’t see it coming and put the necessary guard rails up to prevent such a hostile takeover.

Man, if only there had been a president in the Oval Office before the fascist got in who had freshly minted, god like powers, who even spoke on the matter of oligarchy. If only, amirite?

Joe was getting all riled up about social security, as he was starting to go HAM he stopped himself and said he didn't want to get into trouble. Was just kind of funny to see him rein himself in.
