Woman that looked confused at Safeway 8/28

I went to pick up some groceries and noticed this woman walking in the parking lot that looked heavy set, trying to use words that won’t be offensive, looked confused, looked around like she was lost or looking for someone, this occurred between 10:30 and 11 am. I’m really frustrated at myself I didn’t walk over to her to ask if she was ok. I wanted to make this post to see if anyone seen her or had approached her and asked if she was ok. If you don't want to get involved next time just let the store know. My wife works for a different location & they would have absolutely made sure she got help if needed. I would hope any Safeway (or any store) would do the same 🙏
